Globalization

Globalization

Threads of trade and tales we spin,

Across the globe, we weave and twin.

Voices echo, distant lands,

Bound together, unseen hands.

Markets roar and cultures blend,

Ancient songs with new ones mend.

Borders fade and bridges rise,

Dreams connect beneath shared skies.

Spices from the East unfold,

Met by Western tales retold.

Hands of makers, hands of need,

Join in commerce, join in creed.

Yet within this merging sphere,

Echoes of a doubt and fear.

Languages lost, roots entwined,

What of heritage left behind?

With the promise comes a cost,

Some gain power, others lost.

Balance tips and values sway,

Who decides the fairer way?

But as rivers seek the sea,

So do we, collectively.

Seeking futures, hopes combined,

Global hearts and global minds.

So let’s walk this path aware,

Share the wealth, the love, the care.

Globalization’s dawn may start,

But wisdom steers it from the heart.
